We love your pets and are excited to welcome them to their new home! We allow two pets per apartment home with a combined weight not exceed 160 lbs. Cats and dogs are welcome at our community although some breed restrictions apply. Pet Deposit for 1 Pet: $100 Pet Fee for 1 Pet: $300 Monthly Pet Rent for 1 Pet: $35 Pet Deposit for 2 Pets: $200 Pet Fee for 2 Pets: $500 Monthly Pet Rent for 2 Pets: $65 All applicants must register and create a Petscreening profile - even non pet owners.

Income Requirements:

Employment and income are a consideration in the applicant(s) overall credit scoring. Proof of income is required for all applicants. It is recommended that an applicant(s)' stated gross monthly income meet or exceed two and one half (2.5) times the gross monthly rent. Co-Applicants stated income will be combined. Note Guarantors; Applicants(s) that apply with a Guarantor, the Guarantor's income must be equal to or greater than four (4) times the gross monthly rent and all Guarantors must provide proof of income. Acceptable forms of proof of income include: W2 from the previous year, two (2) recent Paystubs no older than 30 days from application date, a letter from Employer and/or Employment Offer Letter, last 60-days Bank Statements, proof of Child or Spousal Support received on a monthly basis, previous year's Income Tax return, Award Letter from the state workforce agency, two (2) recent Unemployment payment records no older than 30 days from application date. Unacceptable forms include 401K/IRA/Roth IRA Statements, Employment Check without detailed paystub. Please note: If the applicant is receiving a housing assistance voucher, the applicant(s) income per apartment must meet or exceed times the Resident(s)' responsible portion of the rent.
