Took a steep nose dive in quality

I've eaten at this mcdonalds once a week for years. The slip in quality over the last few months has been extreme. I've regularly waited in a drive thru line of at least ten minutes. The people working the drive thru constantly ask me to...repeat myself and I still have to correct them when the input the wrong item on the order screen. Most importantly every order I've made for the last 2 months has been wrong. Today when I went to get my order corrected it was still wrong and the McNuggets were cold and rubbery like they were heated up in a microwave. After years of loyalty I don't know if I'm ever eating at a McDonalds again.More

Your suppose to be the consistent

Listen: Its McDonalds: I get it. I have been to this location multiple times and am only reviewing it in this format because it came up under my trip advisor account. Their is only a few things I want to know. 1. If the Quarter...pounders with cheese are suppose to be made to order why was mine cold? // 2. If you order it with added bacon why did I only get a few (9) crumbs not even a single slice of bacon. I ask because I got charged for the bacon add on 3.. If the McChicken sandwiches which are a go to for me (I am weird and take them apart to eat them) why was one patty cold and shriveled as if it had been sitting and the other chicken patty was the same except they used a spicy patty (why not tell me to wait or pull forward which has happened at other locations) Was it because of the rain storm? I rated them a five for convenience only. Clearly I ate the food, I paid my $16.00 and other then bacon I got what I paid for. I did NOT get the quality but lets face it in todays day and age you live with what you get because most people and places don't care anymore, its about volume and top line sales. I will be back McDonalds and I will order the same thing as a i always do and have the same feelings after I eat that I always do, wait another month or two and do it all over again. Thank you for being a drug that I grew up on and can not break the cycle of.More

Love McCafe

Great for salads and coffee.Service is always prompt. Coffee is always fresh. Salads are crispy. Get Fish Filet at times. Very goo.

Slightly better than average McDonalds

It's a McDonalds, so you know what to expect. This one is a little better than usual both in its cleanliness, promptness, and attitude. I attribute this to being in a suburban location, but by comparison to other McD's in the area, its still a...bit above the others.More

My kids love it; me ... you know, it's McDonalds. Cheap food. Fun kid meals. But you don't come for the warm service.

Regularly visited this McDonalds while I stayed here. Consistently fast hot and friendly. Recommended as a McDonalds

Just McDonald's

McDonald's all are very consistent. They all have food that tastes the same, a very similar speed, etc. I was sad, though, when this one remodeled; I always liked the circus theme. But, McDonald's are McDonald's.

Good breakfast!

Good, hearty breakfast at a fair price. Convenient to get to and near shopping and hotels.Good service and speedy so we could get out and about.

McDonald's needs an attitude adjustment

I wanted my cone along with a paper cup and with a spoon, but the cashier refused. She said "the manager inventories every paper cup, you can only have a tiny plastic one. The "ice cream" at this McDonald's is not on par with other...restaurants. It tasted like poor quality ice milk without sugar or sweetener in it. It was not rich and creamy like in other McDonald's. The manager "Jesus," said they use a different product than other restaurants. He offered a refund, which I took. Because it tasted sub-par, I called the 800 number on my receipt. The supervisor said ice cream is a non-required product at McDonald's locations. So, each location can serve whatever product it wants. She said she was sorry I didn't like it but tough luck! Thatlocation has the McDonald's name on it. But, unfortunately, the company isn't concernedabout the quality of "non-required" products being sold at its stores.More
