Steak Quesadilla

Everyone in my household loves quesadillas of all kinds, but none more than my recipe for steak quesadillas! Since making this easy quesadilla recipe for the first time, I have been asked to make it time and time again. The good news is, it’s an even easier recipe than you might imagine!

The secret to my steak quesadillas recipe is all in the seasoning, sauce, and – of course – the steak! You can cook steak from scratch to make these quesadillas, or use leftovers from earlier in the week.

Either will work perfectly, which makes my recipe for steak quesadillas a great choice for using up steak leftovers.

Try making my recipe for steak quesadillas and I guarantee you’re going to want to make yours just like this every time. But of course, it’s fun to make variations on quesadillas – share with me how you prepare yours in the comments!

Made the steak quesadillas. These were the best I ever tasted!

Steak Quesadilla Recipes Tips

  • Try using my steak dry rub recipe or this . Both are amazing!!
  • Garlic butter makes a perfect pairing for pan-frying quesadillas and the taste it adds is incredible, but if you’re short on time or ingredients, you can also use olive oil.
  • I personally love sauteed peppers and onions for this dish as I feel it makes it similar to a Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla, but if you want, you can also simply use caramelized onions. These are so tasty, too!

Notes

  • Nutrition does not include garlic butter sauce.

  • Try using my steak dry rub recipe, or use a bottled steak seasoning such as Santa Maria or Chicago steak seasoning for best results.
